To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 40 % of the total price per apartment. This amount must be paid within 7 days of receiving the written booking confirmation. The balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Alternatively, the remaining amount can be paid on arrival in cash or by bank transfer.
Check-in from 3.00 pm. Check-out by 9.00 am
Apartment prices do not include meals, final cleaning or local tourist tax. The local tourist tax is €3.50 per person per day for guests aged 15 and over.

The carport offers parking spaces for cars and motorbikes, as well as a charging point for your electric car, which can be used at any time for a fee.

Our own policy:
• Up to and including 90 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
• Between 89 and 30 days before arrival: 40%
• Between 29 and 8 days before arrival: 70%
• From 7 days before arrival: 100%
• In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the room rate from / up to the agreed date.
